The key phrase of your message is "why should IT exist at all".
My native tongue is Hebrew. We have two words for WHY : (1) Ma'du'a, and (2) Lamah. The first word comes from the root Ya'do'a that means "knowledge", whereas the second word is a combination of (Le)For (Mah)What, i.e. for what purpose. The first WHY version is used by most scientists whereas the second WHY version is used by religious persons. Dov Henis
