If Ron's Why is a "for what purpose Why" I disagree, of course,
since a scientific explanation is ONLY a mechanistic explanation.
Ron says:" why can't we escape from this endless chain of whys?"
For a "science-minded" person like me, for example, there is not
even one single "for what purpose Why".
I simply accept with resignation and peace of mind and soul the chain of
circumstances and events that include us and me, and I am full with awe at the
vistas and insights that science continuously unveils.
I and we are "atheists" only for "believers". Between and
among us there is not and cannot be "atheism".
